各位老师好!非常荣幸能参加这次面试，我是某某号考生，报考的职位是某某某，希望通过这次面试能向各位老师学到更多东西。除了学习之外，我还积极参加各种社会实践活动。我曾担任班级的宣传委员，组织了几次班和学院的公益活动：如青年志愿者助残活动，向孤儿院儿童献爱心活动等。组织这些活动以及和活动中和成员的相处让我学到了很多东西，对培养自己的能力和人际关系的处理有很大的好处，为我更快的走向社会提供了良好的平台。

一、“自我介绍”时要注意几个问题：

1)介绍内容为：姓名、学院及专业、籍贯、期末成绩名次、兴趣及获得的荣誉。

2)时间以两分钟内为宜。

3)核心是用事实、数据证明自己优秀，不要出现诸如“我很能干、很优秀”等笼统地自我吹嘘的字眼。

4)不要提及一些消极的、负面的信息。如说自己动手能力不强等。

5)要把经过反复修改好的脚本烂熟于胸。

6)口齿清晰，语速适中，声音响亮，语气平和，充满自信。

二、谈谈转入本专业的理由

1)对本专业的发展前景、就业前景看好。

2)更符合自己的人生规划，实现人生价值。

3)对本专业的基础课有扎实的基础，如数学是最喜爱的科目，英语基础扎实并在快班学习，对计算机编程悟性好等。

4)对专业课有浓厚的兴趣，自己的擅长与专业要求相一致等。如善于制图，擅长空宴手衡间想象等。

注意：一定不能贬低要转出的专业，也不要贬低自己在学习原专业方面的能力，但可以说对它兴趣不浓;相对而言，指出要转入的专业更适合自己。重点放在对要转入专业的阐述上。

三、转入新专业后既要学习新课又要补修一些基础课，你准备怎么把成绩赶上去

1)把更多的时间和精力放到学习上。可以适当辞去一些课外兼职，也可以更充分地利用双休日和节假日进行学习。

2)多向老师和学习好的同学请教。这是自己的长项。

3)制订一个科学的学习计划，稳扎稳打。

4)努力总结一套适合自己、适合新专业的高效率的学习方法。

5)不怕困难，刻苦学习。

四、谈谈对要转入的专业的认识

面试之前，要对所转专业有比较全面的了解，包括该专业的培养目标、就业去向和主要课程。多去浏览所转学院的网络主页可以帮助你快速有效地了解这个专业。以下几点需要特别注意：

1. 3分钟的自我介绍。一定要突出自己的优点。

2. 个人资料的询问及核查。主管会就你的个人求职简历问一些相关问题，大多都围绕你的简历来问，所以面试前一定要好好看看自己的简历。

3. 专业知识和技能的考核。问题大部分就跟上面我列举的差不多，一般不会出很刁钻的问题，具备相关基础知识就可以应对。相关的积极的多说些就可以了，但是注意一定不能贬低一个行业，也就是不能说化学不好，只是相对你来说，更适合金融行业。这样比较好。

4. 心理及素质方面的考核。主管会假设一些问题让你回答，还有一些测试心理的问题。比如今天这家公司问我，当你闭上眼睛，你脑海中会浮现平静的海面还是万马奔腾?说明理由。这个就没有准确的答案了，只要你的解释是合理的就没有问题薯蚂。

5. 面试结束，他会让你做一个自我评价，评价自己对本次的面试是否满意。然后面试官会指出你本次面试的优缺点，然后告诉你几天内会通知你是否通过面试。

着重写两点就好
1）你为什么转生物（就是有怎样的兴趣），最好具体一些，譬如说分子生物方面或者某个疾病的致病机理研究什含昌么的。
2）证明你可以学好生物，譬如学习能力、口头和书面英语表达、批判性的逻辑思维、分析和解决问题能力、团队合作、实验设计及动手能力等等
还有就是光列举这些skills不够谈谨扒，得结合你之前的经历来说明你有这些能力；如果之前的专业和生物一点儿关系都没有，就多写transferable skills。譬如说你之前的专业成绩很好，可以间接证明你晌猛的学习能力和英语表达；或者说之前参与过团队项目，什么项目不重要，重点突出你负责的事务以及最后的结果（当然越优秀越好）。外国人很看重这些的~

I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and e_perience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program.
