复旦外文学院日语语言文学系是在复旦前校长着名数学家苏步青教授的热情关怀下建立的，是上海最早设立日语专业的高校之一，至今已有三十余年的悠久历史，目前是中国日语教学研究会常务理事校单位。

2、上海理工大学

本专业以日语语言知识和技能为基础，增设有关日本社会文化、文史和商务类课程。除了夯实听、说、读、写等日语基本功，掌握较好的日语交际能力以外，还具备扎实的商贸、日本社会文化等人文科学的基本理论和实践知识，成为以日语为载体的高素质复合型专业人才。要求学生通过日语能力测试一级考试和国家日语专业四级、八级测试。

3、上海对外经贸大学

主要课程包括综合日语、日语会话、日语听力、日语视听说、日本概况、日文报刊选读、外经贸日语函电与谈判、商务日语、金融日语、日语写作、日汉翻译、经济学原理、国际贸易实务、国际金融、国际商法、营销学原理、第二外语(英语)等。
